Description
Amalia is part of the Venture Capital and Corporate / M&A team at A/C/R. She has extensive experience advising both startups in their capital raising processes across various financing and development stages (via equity and convertible instruments), as well as angel investors and investment funds regarding the strategy, structuring, and execution of their investments, both in Chile and abroad. Additionally, she possesses extensive knowledge of NVCA standardized instruments.
Before joining ACR Legal, she worked as an associate in the Corporate and Venture Capital team at DLA Piper Chile (2023-2025), having previously served as a law clerk at the same firm.

Relevant Experience
· Comprehensive advice on Venture Capital investments, including negotiation, structuring, due diligence, and documentation in Seed and Series A rounds, via equity, SAFEs, and other convertible instruments, both in Chile and other jurisdictions (United States and the United Kingdom).
· Participation in over 25 international transactions, advising on investments ranging from USD 250,000 to USD 25 million, in sectors such as fintech, biotechnology, artificial intelligence, electromobility, energy, ad tech, real estate, and healthy foods.
· Experience leading full investment processes: due diligence, term sheet preparation, drafting and negotiation of investment documents, guarantee structuring, and execution of secondary operations, working with NVCA standards and global counter parties.
· Advising emerging companies and investors in significant rounds, including landmark operations such as Wild Foods' Series A (US$ 25M), Human Forest's Series A (£17M), and strategic operations with investment funds like FEN Ventures and SQM Lithium, in accumulated investments exceeding US$15 million in climate technologies and electromobility.
