Benjamín is part of the Dispute Resolution and Antitrust practices at A/C/R. He has extensive experience in civil and commercial litigation before all levels of courts across the country.
He has successfully represented clients in complex commercial arbitrations, both domestic and international, conducted under the rules of the CAM Santiago, the ICC, and ad hoc proceedings.
Benjamín’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, engineering and construction disputes, mining, antitrust and unfair competition matters, as well as corporate and post-M&A conflicts.
In addition, since 2022, he has served as a lecturer in the Procedural Law Department at Universidad Diego Portales.
