Description

Dehin is part of the Labor Law team at A/C/R. His practice focuses on the preparation and execution of judicial strategies in highly complex labor disputes, representation of clients in labor lawsuits and proceedings at administrative entities, strategic advice in complex dismissal processes, participation in collective bargaining processes with unions, participation and analysis of labor liabilities in Due Diligence processes for M&A operations of national and international companies, and daily counseling of clients in the resolution of labor issues and decision decisions with labor implications.

In addition, since 2024, Dehin serves as an adjunct professor of the course "Application and Use of Labor Legislation", at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, and has served in various academic instances, among them, in 2018 he participated in the presentation entitled "Economic Unity: The Chilean experience of the company unit", at the International Congress of Labor Law and Social Security, Universidad Libre, Colombia.

Relevant Experience

·       Legal representation of a company inthe mining sector in an occupational disease lawsuit for Covid-19, declared bythe Superior Courts of Justice to be of common origin.

·       Development of strategy and legalrepresentation of a leading mining company in a lawsuit for the protection offundamental rights based on a dismissal founded on the content of a recordingsent by the employee and obtained by the company, achieving the rejection ofthe action and the declaration of the dismissal as justified.

·       Advising a leading salt productionand marketing company in complex collective bargaining processes with itsvarious labor unions.

·       Daily counseling, development oftermination strategies and resolution of labor and social security conflictsfor a leading company in the banking sector.

·       Participation in Due Diligenceprocesses for national and international clients in the financial, health,environmental and entertainment sectors
