Isidora is part of the Corporate / M&A practice group at A/C/R, where she advises domestic and international companies, investment funds, startups, and entities regulated by the Financial Market Commission (CMF) on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, capital markets, and complex contracting.

She has participated in local and cross-border acquisition, investment, and financing transactions across regulated, technological, industrial, and consumer goods sectors, leading due diligence processes, the negotiation of transactional documentation, and the coordination of multidisciplinary teams.

Prior to joining A/C/R, she worked as an associate in the corporate group at Cuatrecasas in Chile and New York, and completed an international secondment at Sojitz Corporation of America.
