Josefina is part of the Corporate / M&A, Venture Capital and Innovation and Banking, Financing and Fintech teams at A/C/R. Her experience includes advising national and foreign clients in mergers and acquisitions, stock and asset deals, private equity and venture capital, guiding startups and Venture Capital investment funds through financing rounds, corporate governance and general corporate matters.
As part of the Banking, Finance and Fintech team, she has specialized her practice in advising clients in the development and implementation of corporate structures and contracts, in line with the trends and new legislation of the Fintech industry.

· Tripyeah, a travel tech company dedicated to the optimization of travel routes based on artificial intelligence algorithms | Advised on the sale of shares to Nezasa, a swiss travel technology provider, in the context of a business combination deal.
· HealthAtom, a leading health tech startup in Latin America | Advised on a USD 10 million Series A financing roundled by Kayyak Ventures. Additionally, advised on the acquisition of DentalMedica in a share deal to combine two lines of business in the health tech sector in Chile and Latin America.
· OnNet Fibra, operator of the first wholesale fiber optic network in Chile | Advised on the acquisition of the fiber optic infrastructure of Entel Chile, the largest Chilean telecommunications company, for US$358 million.
· Bioelements | Advised on a Series Afinancing round for USD 30 million, led by BTG Pactual.
