Jacinta is part of the Dispute Resolution and Antitrust team at A/C/R. She has experience in both contentious and non-contentious antitrust matters, such as investigations before the National Economic Prosecutor's Office and proceedings before the Antitrust Court.

Her practice specializes in civil, commercial, construction, unfair competition, corporate, and mining litigation, among others; and in CAM Santiago, ICC, ad hoc, and Public Works Concessions Arbitration Commissions arbitrations, representing clients in various sectors, and also serving as a court clerk for arbitration tribunals.
