Pedro is part of the Corporate / M&A and Venture Capital and Innovation groups at A/C/R.
His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, private equity, and venture capital. He has advised startups on raising capital (seed, A and B, series), foreign venture capital funds in their investments in local startups, and multinational companies in the development of corporate venture capital projects.

Relevant Experience
· Galgo | Advise on the Series Afinancing round for USD 29 million, led by Kayyak Ventures and Fynsa. Additionally, advised on the acquisition of Crediorbe (Colombia), a fintech that grants loans for the purchase of motorcycles in a country where 3.2 motorcycle sare sold for every car.
· General Catalyst | Advise to this US-based Venture Capital fund in leading the Series A funding round of USD 17million for Examedi, a Chilean healthtech company offering home medical services.
· BICE | Advised its Corporate VC as investor in the USD 6.3 million Serie A financing for Datamart, a start-up in the fintech sector in which Santander CVC, Moonvalley and Falabella CVC also participate.
· HealthAtom | Advised the Series A financing round for USD 10 million, led by Kayyak Ventures. Additionally, advise on the acquisition of Dental Medica in a share deal to combine two different lines of business in the health-tech sector in Chile and Latin America.
· Bioelements | Advised on the Series A financing round for USD 30 million, led by BTG Pactual.
