Yu is part of A/C/R’s Corporate / M&A team andprovides legal advice on corporate matters to clients across various sectors,including agribusiness, transportation, and energy, among others. Her practicefocuses primarily on advising both domestic and foreign clients on mergers andacquisitions, international trade, and commercial relations between Chile andAsia.

She is currently based in China, where she brings herexperience and cultural insight to support A/C/R’s clients in their businessdealings with Asia, particularly representing Chinese private and state-ownedenterprises in their operations and investments in Chile.
